We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible service. In the event that NAITA Australia education agent (NAEA) is not successful finding an employer that will sponsor you, we offer a refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Please review the following refund policy details:
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
• You have made a valid and complete payment for our product or service.
• You have made a reasonable effort to utilize the recruitment services of NAEA as intended.
• You have not violated any terms and conditions or engaged in any prohibited activities outlined in our agreement.

Refund Amount:
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be the original payment amount, less a non-refundable fee of $……… The remaining refundable amount will be determined by subtracting $……… from your total payment. The refund is the cost of administration and services supplied by NAEA.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund request, please contact NAEA ……… and include your customer reference number. We may require additional information or documentation to process your refund request.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method utilized during the purchase. If the original payment method is not available or applicable please let us know and alternative arrangements can be made.
